Lee Choo-Won (Seo Jun-Young) and Lee Gun-Ho (Kim Tae-Ri) are childhood friends who work together at an amusement park, but they go their separate ways after graduating from high school. Fourteen years later, they happen to run into each other while on a trip abroad, and as it turns out, they have both failed to achieve their respective careers goals of becoming a professional footballer (Gun-Ho) and a surgeon (Won). On the recommendation of Gun-Ho's current girlfriend, Lee Hye-Sun (Kang Min-Ah), Won goes back to Korea to work with his friend again at the amusement park. There, they once again find themselves working under Park Sung-Ki (Kim Tae-Woo) and meet Kim Yeon-Joon (Cha Seo-Young), who becomes Gun-Ho's new girlfriend. Through their reunion and rekindling friendship with Won, they begin to come to terms with the fact that life is full of unexpected changes and surprises, and they find themselves reflecting on the past when it suddenly hits them like a ton of bricks why do things have to change
