Lost and Found tells the story of a young woman named Lien, who is diagnosed with blood cancer. At the point when she has lost her way between life and death, she meets an older gentleman from Scotland named Adu. She falls in love with him after hearing his stories about his hometown on the other side of the ocean. However, he suddenly disappears, leaving Lien feeling lost and confused. In this moment of despair, Lien meets a young man named Heng, who has been searching for her everywhere. With help from Heng and Adu's old friend Mala, Lien is able to find Adu again, and they share one last embrace before parting ways forever.
